Chris's Miata Is Properly Built!


This week Chris (@pdx_mx5) shows us his awesome 1997 NA8 Mazda Miata that he built to do the one thing we all know miatas do best. Handle. The most impressive part of this build, aside from the color and exceptionally large spoiler, is that Chris himself actually fabricated and modified so many of the pieces that make this Miata stand out from the crowd. That giant wing, customized. Front splitter, custom. Roll bar? Yup that's custom too. He even modified and assembled his own custom set of coilovers. That's the kind of work that really tightens the bond with an enthusiast and their car. And when the end result is something as rewarding to drive as a Miata, and grabs the attention of anyone, car lover or not, that's what you call success.
